We created this stunning bundle kit to make the ritual of smudging all the more magical and beautiful. Included are ethically sourced pure peruvian palo santo and sage, a healing quartz crystal and our signature doily coaster in gold.

Smudging is an ancient ritual used to energetically cleanse your space. You can smudge before meditation, when you move into a new home, or when you intuitively feel the need to clear negative energy.

Burning sage and palo santo produce clarifying smoke that releases beneficial negative ions into the air, purifying and cleansing your space.

How to Smudge:

Light the leafy end of the sage bundle and one end of the palo santo stick. Gently blow out the flame but let the smoke continue. You may need to re-light when the smoke stops.

To cleanse and clear your physical space, wave the smoke into each corner of the room and across doorways.

Visualize the smoke absorbing negativity and darkness and purifying your environment.

When you have completed your ritual, rest the smoking sage or palo santo in a heat proof bowl or dish. Once they are no longer hot you can place them on the decorative brass doily.
